LOCATION: Institute of Living Center Building - Young Adult Service Group Room 200 Retreat Avenue Hartford, CT 06106 DIRECTIONS If you have never been to the Institute of Living before, please stop at the guard house and ask for a map and to direct you to the Center Building.
