This class is for patients who will undergo hip or knee replacement surgery, providing education on how to prepare for the surgery and recovery. This class will provide education on how to prepare for the surgery and recovery. This class is NOT for patients undergoing a shoulder replacement surgery.

A Program specially designed for women undergoing cancer treatment. Learn from a licensed cosmetologist who provides supportive techniques on skin, makeup, and hair care. This is a free non-medical product-neutral program offered in partnership with the American Cancer Society.

This class will consist of educating expectant families about the changes to the body during pregnancy, understanding the labor and birth process, and comfort techniques that will help throughout pregnancy. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow. The class will be two Mondays in a row. Topics Include: -Understanding physical changes in a pregnant body. -Becoming familiar with the hospital setting and medical procedures. -Signs and stages of labor. -Breathing and relaxation techniques during labor. -Pain relief methods and medications. -Positions and pushing techniques of infant delivery.
