Yoga

This is a 10 week Yoga series, that is for any fitness level or yoga experience. Please be sure you bring water, yoga mat & supportive sneakers with flat soles. You MUST also fill out the PAR-Q and Informed Consent forms as well as signed by your physician. These forms will be sent to you either via mail or email. These MUST be mailed back prior to the first class date.
