Kidney Transplantation: An Overview for Social Workers

This is a one-day conference developed specifically for MSWs working with end stage renal disease patients. Presentations will be given by experts in the field of transplantation and will address medical, pharmacological, financial and behavioral health aspects of kidney transplantation.
