Meditation Buffet
There are so many different kinds of meditation, and there is certain to be one or more for everyone! You will have fun with many different styles, including silent, guided, breath focused, body focused, and prayerful. The class will also experiment with different types of music to determine which types are best for relaxation, invigoration, connection, searching for answers, etc. We will also be learning about mantras and the many different goals of meditation. Dress comfortable and be prepared to relax!
