This Tuesday/Thursday 8 session class focuses on: muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, stability, balance and core. Boot Camp (Morning) 6:30-7:30am 3/21/17-4/13/17, 4/18/17-5/11/17, 5/16/17-6/8/17. Boot Camp (Evening) 8-9pm, 3/21/17-4/13/17, 4/18/17-5/11/17, 5/16/17-6/8/17.
