An eight session Monday/Wednesday class for the endurance athlete, avid runner and cyclist. Compliment the demands of your endurance training to improve performance and avoid injury. Build strength and power through circuits of resistance exercise. Focus on technique and control to improve mobility and reduce injury risk.
