This Monday/Wednesday 8 session class will focus on: increased heart rate and cardiovascular exercise, movement patterns that generate natural movement and smooth transitions, improvements in strength and power, improved balance and coordination, mixtures of HIIT, Tabata and strength/power routines, recruitment of multiple muscle groups, more caloric burning and energy output and improvement in posture and body awareness.
