A Writing Meditation

Come and experience periods of guided meditation followed by simple, creative writing exercises. Walk through a vineyard or an art gallery and reflect on the many images that surface during this quiet time. This kind of meditation allows an opportunity to be immersed in the silence and then to utilize that silence in the free flowing images, finding their way to the paper in words. These words can stand alone or can be made into a story, poem, or even a series of descriptive sentences.
