Women's Wellness Day
The Women's Wellness Day will have services offered at no cost for those who qualify, on-site screenings and wellness exams for the early detection of breast and cervical cancer, office visit which includes clinical breast exams, education on breast self-exams, PAP smear and HPV testing, Cholesterol screenings and nutritional and physical activity assessments to help identify patients at risk of heart disease, stroke or other cardiovascular disease, and on-site mammograms on Hartford HealthCare's Mobile mammography coach.
