The 3rd Annual Dialysis Unit & Transplant Program Social Worker Conference is a one-day event developed specifically for MSWs working with end stage renal disease patients. Presentations will be given by experts in the field of transplantation and will address behavioral health, medical, financial and pharmacologic aspects of transplantation.
